Recipes By Att Khunsri Stuffed Squid Stri-fried With Black Pepper


Ingredients
  • 500 grams fresh squids [pla meuk gluay]
  • 300 grams minced pork
  • 1 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce [shoyu]
  • 1 pieces large onion, finely diced
  • 1 pieces bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 3-4 bunches green peppercom
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 shoot spring onion, finely shredded

How To
1.Clean the squid, pull away the tentacles from the body. Skin off, rinse well and drain well, set aside. Marinade the minced pork with Japanese soy sauce. Spoon some pork mixture into a squid sac until two-thirds full, being careful not to overfill it as the filling will swell during cooking.

2. Squeeze the squid tube, closed at the end with a sharp toothpicks, Bring to steaming till cooked. Heat a little oil in a wok, add the garlic fry until yellow then add the onion and bell pepper toss over a high heat.

3.Seacon to take with oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Add a little stocked soup and the stuffed squids. Stir for a few minute place on a serve plate, sprinkle with spring onion, then serve.
